:: THE PATHS BETWEEN SKY AND SEA

:: There is honly a way to enjoy the Cinque Terre at best: on foot. Or better, on foot or by train, or on foot and by ferry boat. Indeed, the Genoa - La Spezia railway line stops at each village of the coast and the ferry boats go regularly to and fro La Spezia, Lerici, Portovenere, Levanto and Sestri Levante. Then on foot, through the mediterranean bush between the sky and the sea! The territory of the Cinque Terre is, indeed, croossed by many pathways and among which the one on the coast, which links all the villages in five hours walk, and so it can be covered also in short distances, or the most defficult one on the ridge or the one towarbs the Sanctuaris.
