Marina :: natural amphitheater-shaped, and perhaps the most picturesque village of the Cinque Terre, Vernazza was already used by the Romans and enjoyed great strategic importance at the time of the Maritime Republics in Genoa for the fame of its carpenters.
Worth a walk around the village which is dominated by the round tower of sighting and made the castle.
On the square by the sea stands the church of St. Margaret of Antioch.
